Monika is an artist living in Onerahi, mainly playing with clay at the moment, but also very passionate about painting.
Living in Northland gives her so much beautiful nature to be constantly inspired by, something that is evident in the art she creates. Adding colour and layers of texture, she keeps her art fun and interesting to interact with, seen in how many types of ceramics and mixed media art she’s tried and succeeded in.
Monika has displayed paintings in exhibitions in Whangarei and Mangawhai, and has sold pottery at the Whangarei Sculpture in the Garden 2020 and Art in Garden 2021.
