I began exploring
the possibilities of clay many years ago when I worked as an Art teacher in England. To me it was a medium that gave visual and tactile pleasure both in the making and in the finished work.
It was a passion that had to be put on hold when my young family demanded all of my time and attention but I knew one day I would return to it.
Now, 25 years on I have my own small studio, and the time and enthusiasm to explore those possibilities in a whole variety of ways. My work includes pit fired and raku pieces as well as painted and traditionally glazed finishes.
